Spending an evening at Bedouin Oasis Camp in Ras Al Khaimah was a mix of enchanting desert vibes and a few surprises. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcoming soft drinks and found the tents equipped to handle the evening coolness perfectly. The sunset over the dunes was simply breathtaking, and we cherished those serene moments atop the hill, surrounded by free-roaming camels. While the falafel and hummus beckoned my taste buds, I wished there were more authentic options for dinner. The evening entertainment was lively, but I yearned for a more traditional ambiance that reflected the genuine Bedouin culture. Nonetheless, sharing the experience with friends made the night memorable, despite our food and service hiccups. It's a fantastic chance to immerse oneself in the charm of the Arabian desert, but I'd recommend setting the right expectations for food and service quality. Let’s just say, the company and scenery made for a lovely escape!
